I got a tattoo 5 years ago and suddenly the tattoo is whelping up at times. It only whelps up where the ink is. Itches some, but not bad enough to bother me. It doesn't happen alot, but the is no rhyme or reason as to why. Can't figure out what is causing it to do this.
