As no one has created an internet "Yellow Pages" for email addresses, do you know of any good email extracting programs?  I'm looking for one that preferably can zero in geographically.  For example, if I wanted to find some email addresses of realtors in Houston, I can put in Houston +Realtors and hopefully, tell by their IP addresses if they are here in Houston...do you know of any programs that can do this?
